UChoose Rewards — A new approach to how we do Rewards!

If you own a Community First debit or credit card, you now have more choices - rewards for debit and credit purchases you can use for thousands of products or gift cards! 

With UChoose Rewards, you can earn points and redeem them at hundreds of national, regional, local and online retailers. And, by combining points for your credit card and debit card, you'll be rewarded even faster.

You must register each card you have to begin earning points.  A unique user ID is required for each card.  Please select a user ID and password that are easy to remember but hard to guess. Multiple debit cards on the same account will automatically be linked to your UChoose Rewards account; however, linking your debit and credit cards requires you to physically link the cards. To link or combine both your debit card and your credit card, please review the PDF shown below titled "Combining Cards" for specific step-by-step instructions.

Register within 90 days from the November 9 program startup date in order to keep your existing CURewards points. After February 7, the 90-day grace period ends and any points you had in CURewards will be forfeited.

FAQs

Q. What will happen to my current CURewards points?
A. You will have 90 days to register for the new UChoose Rewards. You must register between Nov 9, 2011, and Feb 7, 2012, to transfer your current points over to the new system; otherwise, the points will be forfeited on Feb 8, 2012.

Q. Do I have to register to earn UChoose Rewards points?
A. Yes. Your will not begin earning points until you register for the new rewards program.

Q. How are UChoose Rewards points earned?
A. On Visa Credit Cards, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent. On Visa Debit Cards, you can earn 1 point for every $5 spent.

Q. What are merchant funded rewards?
A. You will have opportunities to earn bonus rewards points for shopping at participating merchants. If the bonus points are offered by a merchant for shopping on their  Website, the Website must be accessed through the UChoose Website to earn the bonus points. Participating merchants and bonus point opportunities will be located within your UChoose Website.

Q. Where can I obtain my UChoose Rewards point information?
A. You will receive a quarterly e-mail with your current point information included in the e-mail. You will also be able to log in to the Website at any time to check your point balance.

Q. How can I redeem my points?
A. UChoose Rewards is a completely online program. You must log in to the  UChoose Website to redeem your points.

Q. Will the rewards points for debit and credit cards automatically combine?
A. No. You must make the decision whether to combine your points or not. This can be done through the UChoose Rewards Website.

Q. If I report my card Lost or Stolen, will the points automatically roll over to the new card?
A. Yes.
