Who is Community First?

Community First Credit Union of Florida (Community First) is a state-chartered credit union based in Jacksonville, serving anyone who lives or works in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties.

Community First has more than 75 years of history serving our growing First Coast community and is a values-driven organization. From past to present, we are committed to education and protecting our environment through several 'Green' iniatives and products.   Becoming a member of Community First is EASY. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties.

  Additionally, retirees living outside these counties who were members of the Credit Union prior to their retirement or who retired from the educational system in these counties are also eligigible for membership, as well as students enrolled in—and alumni of—post-secondary educational institutions within these counties who are currently living outside these counties, and persons related to a member or related to persons eligible for membership by blood or marriage, adoption, or as a surviving spouse.
